GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR THE WEBSITE WWW.OLIOSAVANELLI.IT

Contracts finalized through the website oliosavanelli.it fall under the category of distance sales contracts between Azienda Agricola Nello Savanelli (hereinafter also referred to as the Company) with registered office in Loc. Boscogrande Fasani, 81037 Sessa Aurunca (CE), VAT 03057130613 and the Consumer, and they concern the sale of products through electronic selection on the website oliosavanelli.it. Sales are governed by these Terms and Conditions, which must be considered an integral and essential part of the sales contract. Customers are therefore invited to read the terms of sale carefully before submitting an order. The Company reserves the right to update these terms of sale at any time, including for any regulatory adjustments or changes; such modifications shall be effective from the date of publication on the website oliosavanelli.it. The submission of the electronic order by the Customer through the appropriate section of the website constitutes acceptance of the terms of sale in force at that time and serves as an expression of consent to the purchase, thereby finalizing the sales contract.

 

A. MANAGEMENT OF PURCHASE ORDERS

The management of purchase orders takes place according to the following phases:

  • Submission of the completed order in the appropriate section of the website by the Customer.
  • Acceptance of the order by Azienda Agricola Nello Savanelli, transmitted to the Customer via email, containing the main information and the quantity of the ordered product, its price, payment methods, shipping method and related cost, shipping address, and billing details.

The acceptance and processing of the order will only take place after the payment has been credited. In the event that the quantity of the ordered products exceeds the Company's availability, the Customer will be promptly informed via e-mail, in order to choose whether to replace the missing product, modify, or cancel the order without any charge. The Company will then refund the Customer any undue amount already paid. The Customer relieves the Company of any liability arising from any incorrect completion of the order form, including with regard solely to the delivery address and/or the issuance of incorrect tax documents, as the Customer is the sole responsible party for correctly entering data into the order form. Minors under the age of 18 are not authorized to submit orders via the online order form.

 

B. SELLING PRICES AND INVOICING

The prices of the products displayed on the website are expressed in € (Euros) and include VAT and any other applicable taxes, as well as containers and packaging. Shipping costs are not included. Any promotions relating to the selling price and/or shipping costs are valid only during the period they are published on the website. Payment of the price can only be made in € (Euros) currency, and the amounts will be shown on the invoice only in € (Euros). If requested, the invoice will be sent to the Customer at the email address provided during the order process. It is possible to enter a VAT number.

 

C. SPECIAL OFFERS, DISCOUNT COUPONS, AND FREE SHIPPING

The conditions relating to special offers, promotions, and discount coupons will be specified from time to time on the oliosavanelli.it website through dedicated communications.

 

D. PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made by Credit Card, Advance Bank Transfer, and PayPal.

  • CREDIT CARD: The accepted credit cards are: Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. Shipping will only take place after notification of receipt of payment from the bank.
  • BANK TRANSFER: For purchases made with an advance bank transfer, to speed up the shipping procedures, it is advisable to send the Company a copy of the bank receipt confirming the transfer via email to info@oliosavanelli.it. The acceptance and processing of the order will only take place after the actual crediting of the payment, which must occur no later than 10 (ten) working days from the submission of the order. Beyond this deadline, the order will no longer be valid and will be canceled. The payment reference (reason for payment) of the bank transfer must include the first and last name or the company name of the person who placed the order, as well as the order number and date. E. SHIPPING

The delivery of the ordered products will be made to the shipping address indicated by the Customer during the order compilation phase. Depending on the destination area, deliveries may take place within a timeframe ranging from 2 to 10 days, barring unforeseen circumstances. For information on shipments of large quantities (over 100 kg) or to countries not included in the list of foreign countries, please contact the Company directly at the following e-mail address: info@oliosavanelli.it to receive a customized quote. In order to guarantee a punctual delivery, it is advisable to provide an address where the couriers will surely find someone available for the delivery, as well as a telephone number to be easily contacted. The user acknowledges that the collection of the Product is their specific obligation arising from the purchase contract.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the quantity of the product purchased. They are calculated automatically, and while placing the order, the exact amount can be verified directly in the virtual shopping cart.

ITALY
Shipping costs for Italy start at €7 and vary according to the weight, which will be calculated at the time of purchase. Only for Italy, for orders equal to or exceeding €99.00, shipping will be free of charge. The goods must be checked at the time of delivery, and any damage must be reported to the courier.

 

F. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

(pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005) In the event that the Customer is not satisfied with the purchased products, they may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a notification via email to info@oliosavanelli.it, indicating the details of the purchase order, within 14 days of receiving the purchased products. The purchased products must be returned to our headquarters within 14 days of receiving them and, subject to verification of the goods, the Company will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice. The returned products must arrive at the Company's headquarters intact, enclosed in their original packaging complete in all its parts, exactly as received by the Customer. The return of the purchased products is the responsibility and at the expense of the Customer, in accordance with Art. 67, paragraphs 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005.

 

G. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms of Sale and the sales contracts finalized through the website oliosavanelli.it are governed by Italian law in accordance with EEC directives (Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005 Consumer Code – Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9/04/2003 – subsequent amendments and additions). The Customer relieves Ditta Savanelli Aniello of any liability relating to malfunctions, service interruptions, and performance degradation, whether or not these are due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, provided they are not directly attributable to the Company itself due to its willful misconduct or gross negligence. For any dispute concerning the interpretation of these terms of sale and the commercial relations arising from them between the Company and the Customer, the territorial competent Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
