Information on the processing of personal data (art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003)
The Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 ("Personal Data Protection Code"), hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides protection for individuals and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, and that such processing will be based on principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of your privacy and rights. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the aforementioned regulation and the confidentiality obligations therein provided.

 

Each processing will be carried out in compliance with the methods specified in Articles 11, 31, and subsequent provisions of the Privacy Code and through the adoption of minimum security measures provided by the technical regulations.


Communication: Your data will be stored at our premises and will be communicated exclusively to the competent subjects for carrying out services necessary for the correct management of the employment relationship, ensuring the protection of the rights of the concerned parties. Legislative Decree n. 196/2003: Article 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

 

The interested party has the right to obtain the indication of:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
d) the identifying details of the owner, managers, and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representatives within the State, managers, or persons in charge.

 

The interested party has the right to obtain the indication of:
a) the updating, rectification, or, when applicable, the integration of the data;
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that no longer need to be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) the certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been made known, including their content, to those to whom the data has been communicated or disclosed, except when such fulfillment is impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

 

The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
